The Limited Edition Charizard 3DS XL will only be available between November 3 and November 26 at Pokémon Center retail shops across Japan (or via mail-in). The catch, you’ll still have to get picked in the raffle to qualify in purchasing one. 🙁 Ah Japan, Y SO UNFAIR WITH YOUR CONSOLES.

In hindsight, sure, you can simply get a Gmask or similar skin applied to your current 3DS console but that includes none of the bragging rights that comes along with getting one XD.
