Available via Amazon the PlayStation 3G Vita Launch Bundle includes:

• a PlayStation 3G/WiFi Vita
• a code to download a free game from the PSN
• an AT&T DataConnect Session pass
• an 8GB Memory Card

Yep, Sony throws in that $55 worth 8GB Memory Card for free while keeping the price at $299.  If you’re going for the WiFi version, this may just change your mind.  The data plan of course is not included.
