To celebrate the upcoming release of it’s highly anticipated game — Tales of Xillia — Namco Bandai will be offering a limited edition PlayStation 3 console painted (or actually masked) in the title’s design.

Dubbed Tales of Xillia X Edition this PS3 looks to be the best looking limited edition PS3 console yet. The Tales of Xillia X Edition PS3 will be available via a hardware bundle that includes the game and a special PS system for ¥37,980.

If the red and gold isn’t your style, you have to admit it certainly looks a lot better than the Limited Edition Lightning PS3 (white + pink decals). Japanese game companies really know how to appeal to their clientele :).

Tales of Xillia will be released in Japan on September 8 of this year and will be priced at ¥8,379. I can’t wait for the U.S. (or at least Region 3 release).
