Advent Children Complete going for June US release [Rumor]
It’s LONG overdue but I guess better late than never. Yes, to non-Final fantasy VII fans, it’s nothing more than cash cow-ing from Square Enix but to us fans, it’s another item headed for the collection bin. The Japanese version is due for Japan next month and the US release is in June. According to Blu-ray.com, the completed HD version of the film, with 30 minutes added to the running time, will be out June 7 and will contain dual English/Japanese audio (like the original release).
So what’s new with the added 30 minutes of video in Advent Children Complete? Watch the video and find out:
To those who watched the original, if the action seems sparse and un-fantasy-like to you, the teaser gives an idea on how Square Enix spruced up the movie and re-edited the scenes. Yes, it’s new cuts, new scenes but not a new story. But hey, we’re in it for the action scenes right?
Oh yeah, more Tifa-time too. XD
To those who played Crisis Core and subsequently ranted about the incomplete story about how Zack died (wait, did you even finish Crisis Core before ranting?) the teaser hints more on that as well. So yeah, there’s more HD love for Zack this time around.
